James Amoah

James Amoah is an accomplished leader in global supply chain and business transformation, currently serving as CEO of Kaleidoscope International Sarl since October 2013. At Kaleidoscope, James drives supply chain innovation, oversees strategic execution, and enhances visibility through technology solutions. In addition to this role, James has been the Chief Operating Officer at Quantum Resistant Cryptography since December 2021, focusing on operations and strategic partnerships. Previous experience includes significant positions at Axalta, Coty, and CareFusion, where James directed large-scale business processes, managed transformational projects, and successfully led global teams. James began a career at Johnson & Johnson as Executive Supply Chain Director for the EMEA region. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Operational Research from Lancaster University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool.
