Alex Hutcheson

Alex Hutcheson has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 with Montclair Group as a Manager, Development. They then worked at Beckman Coulter, Inc. as an Account Sales Consultant from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they joined GE Healthcare as an Account Executive - Biacore from 2004 to 2007. They then served as the Director of North American Sales at Arcxis Biotechnologies in 2007 and as a Business Development Manager at Genetix from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Director, Sales - Americas at Pacific Biosciences. In 2022, they became the Vice President, Sales - North America at Inscripta, Inc. and are currently working there. Lastly, starting in April 2023, they will be joining Quantum-Si as the SVP Sales and Service, Americas.

Alex Hutcheson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Alex Hutcheson has obtained certifications in "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)" and "Succeeding in a New Job" from LinkedIn in November 2022 and March 2022, respectively.
