Mike Romance

Mike Romance has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Mike is currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Strategy at Quantum-Si since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of Manufacturing Development at Encodia, Inc. from February 2022 to February 2023.
