Leslie Smith

Leslie Smith is an experienced leader in community services and program management, currently serving as General Manager for Family Violence at Quantum Support Services Inc. since August 2022. Prior roles include Regional Manager of Service Delivery at Interchange Gippsland, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery management during the NDIS rollout and COVID-19 challenges, and Gateway Manager at Latrobe Community Health Service, overseeing various assessments and community services. Previous experience also includes managing operations at Jindi Farm Bush Foods, leading community development initiatives at Baw Baw Shire Council, and chairing the Community Recovery Committee post-Black Saturday fires. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Relations and Management and a Master's degree in Public Policy from Monash University.
