Barnabé Simon has worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Stage - technicien en bureau d'études at Serf (Société d'Etude, Recherche et Fabrication). In 2016, they were the Président du Foyer des Élèves at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. In 2017, they worked as a Gestion d'un établissement hôtelier at Hostal Maison de la Mer. From 2018 onwards, they have been a Mechanical and hardware engineer and a Stagiaire mecanique et hardware at Quantum Surgical SAS.
Barnabé Simon completed a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Génie mécanique et productique from IUT Lyon 1 between 2013 and 2015. Barnabé then went on to earn a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie mécanique from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers between 2015 and 2019.
