Dr. Stephan M. Hauska has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dr. Stephan M. began their career at Ernst & Young in 1994 as a Manager. In 2001, they joined UBS Wealth Management as a Managing Director and Director. In 2010, they moved to the Lombard Odier Group as an Executive Vice President. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Niederlassungsleiter M\u00fcnchen at Spudy & Co. Family Office GmbH. Dr. Stephan M. then joined F\u00fcrstlich Castell\u00b4sche Bank, Credit-Casse AG as Leiter Niederlassung M\u00fcnchen. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Business Development at Quantumrock, an AI-driven technology asset manager.

Dr. Stephan M. Hauska began their educational journey in 1984 at the Universität Siegen, where they earned a Diplom Kaufmann in Betriebwirtschaftslehre in 1990. Dr. Stephan M. then attended Harvard University for one year in 1990-1991 as part of a Doctoral Program. From 1990-1994, Dr. Hauska attended the Universität Siegen again, earning a Dr. rer. pol. in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1993, they received a Stipendium; Lingua e Cultura from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
