Kaustubh Bapat (KB)

KB's work experience includes a current role as Principal Manufacturing Engineer at QuantumScape. Prior to that, they held various positions at Owens Corning, starting as a Senior Operations Engineer in 1998 and progressing to roles such as Leader Alloy Shop, Senior Engineering Specialist, Lead Engineer STARR Plant, and finally Team Lead. At Owens Corning, KB focused on improving safety, quality, production efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Kaustubh also implemented initiatives for Six Sigma, LEAN, and quality audits. Before joining Owens Corning, KB worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Wockhardt Ltd., where they were involved in training and the installation and commissioning of machinery.

KB obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ITM Group of Institutions. The duration of the program was from 2006 to 2008.
