Customer Experince Technical Lead at Quark Software

Ambika Mahajan has over six years of experience in technical support and customer experience roles within the technology industry. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Technical Lead at Quark Software Inc. since April 2021, Ambika has also held positions as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and a Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Subject Matter Expert at Tech Mahindra from October 2018 to April 2021 and as a Junior Analyst at eClerx from June 2017 to October 2018. Ambika holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Dav University, completed in 2017, and attended MCM DAV Senior Secondary Public School from 2004 to 2013.
