Kate Webster Effinger has worked in the field of estate and trust administration since 1975. Kate Webster began their career at Holland & Hart LLP as an Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal, where they were responsible for meeting and communicating with clients, trustees, conservators, guardians and family members, collecting information regarding assets, preparing an inventory and arranging formal appraisals, and preparing various court documents, federal and state estate and gift tax returns and accountings. In 1977, they transferred to Thomas & Esperti, Inc., where they trained two additional paralegals to support the dramatic growth of the Estate Administration practice. From 1978 to 1980, they worked as an Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and from 1980 to 1992, they worked at DeCastro, West, Chodorow & Burns, Inc. in the same capacity. From 1992 to 2001, they worked as an Estate Coordinator/Independent Contractor for Sherman & Howard, and from 2001 to 2003, they worked as Administrative Support at Coinstar. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as Order Management/Customer Support at FreeWave Technologies, where they managed all aspects of order entry queue, coordinated with Purchasing and Operations regarding large blanket orders with tight Shipping Schedules, and facilitated expedition of urgent orders with Customers, Operations and Shipping. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at XetaWave as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Specialist, and Retired.
Kate Webster Effinger received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an Estate and Trust Administration Certification from The Institute for Paralegal Training.
