Ashish Laddha

Ashish Laddha began their work experience in 2006 as a Member of Technical Staff at Gridsolv Software Pvt. Ltd. There, they worked on a Java-based Project Management Tool. Ashish then worked as a Team Lead at GirnarSoftware Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2011, where they served as a Technical Account Manager for Trilogy (Gdev) for the FORD website products. Following that, Laddha worked at ATCS Inc. as a Delivery Director from 2011 to 2021, overseeing project scoping, estimation, resource planning, execution, quality planning, risk management, and people management. In 2022, they joined Quarks as the VP of Delivery. Currently, Laddha holds the position of VP of Engineering at Pivotal AI since 2023.

Ashish Laddha's education history includes a degree in Managerial Leadership & Team Effectiveness from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Technical jobs between 2002 and 2006. Ashish also received a joint B.E. and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Computer Science & Engineering and Operations from Government College of Technology and Engineering during the same time period.
