Dikla Weininger

Dikla Weininger serves as the Executive VP Delivery at MER Group, leading the Delivery Division and managing large-scale projects across infrastructure, telecommunications, and security markets since 2024. Prior experience includes a role as VP Global Customer Operations at Cognyte, overseeing global customer operations and managing a team of 40 employees from 2020 to 2024. Dikla's career began at Verint Systems, where significant positions included Mega Projects Director, responsible for post-sale business in key accounts, and Director of Business Operations, where Dikla developed structured plans and tracked organizational KPIs. Dikla holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Logistics and Economy from Bar-Ilan University.
