David Fleisher

David Fleisher is Quarles & Brady’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he manages the operational and administrative functions of the Firm and works closely with firm leadership in developing and implementing process improvements, business and strategic goals, and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, David spent eleven years at an AmLaw 100 law firm where he served as chief operating officer.

David’s experience also includes more than 12 years in senior officer positions with two publicly-traded companies where he served in roles including vice president, general counsel and chief financial officer. Prior to law school, he worked as a certified public accountant.
