Christophe de Lattre

Christophe de Lattre is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in managing HR processes and organizational change. Currently serving as People Manager at Quarriers since April 2004, Christophe leads a well-established People Team within Scotland's leading social care provider. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and participation in a multi-disciplinary team for an Enterprise Resource Planning system project. Prior experience encompasses HR Officer and HR Assistant positions at Thales Optronics and Thales Information Systems, as well as assisting Grenoble City Council in optimizing staffing arrangements. Christophe holds multiple degrees in Human Resource Management and Public Law, including a Master of Science from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BA (Hons) from the University of Grenoble.
