Avi Arora

Avi Arora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics and product management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of People Analytics at Loblaw Companies Limited since March 2023, Avi previously held the role of Sr. Product Manager at CBRE from April 2016 to March 2023, where leadership in data insights and product roadmaps achieved 100% user adoption for HR products. Prior experience includes a Product Manager position at Ericsson, where Avi led a team to implement a global sales tool, and an Enterprise Resources Planning Developer role at SAFAL Infosoft Private Limited, contributing to significant revenue growth. Audi holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Supply Chain Management and an MS in Information Technology Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ganpat University.
