Bruce G. Peters

Mr. Peters is retired from ICI Americas, Inc. where he served as the VP of Finance and CFO. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Peters has been a board member since 1994 and has served as Vice Chairman since 2004 and as Chairman since 2008.
