For almost 15 years, Kelly has led the design and development of hundreds of innovative software applications across North America.

In 2010, she founded SpeakFeel Corporation (https://speakfeel.io), an award-winning development agency located just outside of Waterloo, Canada. As one of the few female-founded and led Canadian tech start-ups that has survived past the 10 year mark, SpeakFeel has flourished, granting Kelly extensive experience in motivating development teams in order to solve everyday problems with progressive tech.
