David Sparks

David Sparks has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. David co-founded TheSparksFoundation in 2008, focused on supporting disadvantaged schools in Guatemala. Throughout their career, they held executive positions such as President at T2 Systems and Senior Vice President at WSP USA. David also served as Vice Chairman of the Board at Wyoming Infrastructure Authority and was involved in the development of intelligent transportation systems at TransCore. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at Quarterhill Inc.

David Sparks earned their MBA and BBA in Business from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 1977 to 1981. Additionally, they also completed the Leadership Wyoming program, although specific dates were not provided.
