Christopher Santillo

Christopher Santillo is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction management and estimation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Preconstruction Manager for Quarterra Group since September 2021, Christopher oversees West Coast Preconstruction for Lennar Multifamily Communities, managing large-scale multifamily developments. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as an Estimator for AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc., focusing on affordable and senior living projects, and held the position of Construction QC Manager at LEAD BUILDERS, INC., ensuring quality control on military and government projects. Christopher began a career in estimations and project management at Santillo Acoustics Inc., specializing in interior ceilings and walls for diverse construction sectors. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University Channel Islands and an Associate's Degree in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College, alongside completion of the Southwest Carpenters Union Apprentice Program as a Journeyman Carpenter.
