James Desanti

James DeSanti is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at LMC, A Lennar Company since May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Plaza Construction from September 2006 to May 2019, and earlier as a Field/Office Engineer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey from July 2002 to September 2006. In the latter position, notable contributions included assisting the Chief Engineer of Construction with key legal and financial aspects related to the WTC Path Restoration Project and the George Washington Bridge operations. James holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University, along with an MBA Certificate Program also from Rutgers University.
