Nnenna Nwanonyiri BSN, RN currently serves as a Transition of Care Case Manager at Quartet Health since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Health Nurse at the CDC Foundation from July 2022 to November 2023 and a Registered Nurse with Empro Staffing Agency from March 2021 to April 2022, as well as positions at Anitas Angels and Atlantic Health System. A formative experience included a student internship at Mid-Jersey Pediatrics, which focuses on pediatric care. Nnenna's community service background is highlighted by participation as an AmeriCorps Member from October 2014 to October 2015. Nnenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, both from Rutgers University.
