Previously, Gustavo held roles at XP Inc. as a Product Manager, responsible for an AI Assistant that enhanced trading efficiency, and as a Business Analyst leading customer success initiatives. Gustavo's consultancy experience at FOURGE involved implementing agile business models and strategic plans across various sectors. Gustavo holds dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
