Aubrey Scroggs

Aubrey Scroggs is an experienced professional in product management and technology development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Quartz IP since June 2023. As a Co-Founder and Director of Laying TRACKS, a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in June 2022, Aubrey focuses on growth strategies driven by technology partnerships. Additionally, Aubrey co-founded The Holiday Atlas in November 2020, which has rapidly grown its user base from 300 to over 40,000 users within two years. Previous roles include Strategic Partnerships Manager at PatSnap, Director of Solutions Consulting at Clarivate, and various positions at CPA Global, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, Banner & Witcoff, Ltd., Dickinson Wright PLLC, and Howrey LLP. Academically, Aubrey holds a Master’s degree in Justice, Law, and Crime Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & Pre-Law from Minot State University.
