MAAIKE TROBMAN

Maaike Trobman's work experience begins in 2003 when they worked as a Server, food runner, and hostess at Rockin' Baja Lobster. MAAIKE then moved on to The Yardhouse Restaurant in 2008, where they worked as a Server. From 2010 to 2013, Trobman worked at The Cheesecake Factory as a Designated Trainer and Server. In 2013, they returned to Rockin' Baja Lobster as a Server. Trobman then transitioned to a role as an Assistant Teacher at Nuestra Señora de la Concepción from January 2014 to June 2014, where they focused on developing language and communication skills for young students. MAAIKE also worked as a Profesora Íngles at Clases particulares from September 2014 to 2016, teaching English to students of all ages. In August 2017, Trobman joined IE Business School as the Associate Director of International Development & Recruitment, where they implemented external communication strategies and managed a $3.185M+ account across different portfolios and programs. MAAIKE also developed conferences to promote the brand and saw a 23% increase in enrollments. In May 2022, Trobman became a Mid-Market Account Executive at Trellis Research. From September 2022 to May 2023, they worked at Impact Networking, LLC as an Associate Account Manager. Currently, they are employed as an Event Customer Success Manager at Quartz Network, a leading provider of events and conferences across various industries.

Maaike Trobman began their education by obtaining an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology from Orange Coast College between 2005 and 2007. MAAIKE later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at California State University, Long Beach, graduating between 2008 and 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Maaike obtained a TEFL Certification from TTMadrid in November 2013, specializing in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.

In 2016, Maaike enrolled in IE Business School, where they pursued a degree in Corporate Communications, focusing on Business/Corporate Communications. MAAIKE completed their studies at IE Business School in 2017.

Furthermore, Maaike Trobman has obtained various additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In November 2013, they earned a TEFL Certification from TtMadrid TEFL Certification Course. MAAIKE also earned a Technology Business Strategy and Development Certificate from School16 in November 2021. Additionally, in December 2021, they obtained a Technical Recruiting certification from LinkedIn, followed by a SalesOS Certification from ZoomInfo in February 2023. Most recently, in April 2023, they completed a Sales: Customer Success certification from LinkedIn.
