Jairo Laser Procianoy

Jairo Laser Procianoy has extensive experience in governance, finance, and education, currently serving as a Board Member at Expresso São Miguel and as an Independent Board Member at Quatá Alimentos. Additionally, Jairo is an Advisory Board Member at Sabemi, focusing on finance and corporate governance, and has held various advisory roles in organizations such as Peccin S.A. and Tondo S.A. With a long-standing academic career at Fundação Dom Cabral and previous roles at EA/UFRGS and Unisinos, Jairo contributes significantly to the fields of governance and business administration. Jairo holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from USP and an MSc from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
