Sonam began their work experience in 2019 at Concentrix as an Information Technology Engineer. In this role, they assisted customers with deployment and troubleshooting, specifically in the areas of Azure Virtual Desktop, MSIX app attach, FSLogix, Azure Storage, Universal Print, and Azure Monitoring. Additionally, they provided support for AVD Automation and implemented cost-saving measures using Azure tools. Sonam also had expertise in Azure Active Directory, RBAC, Conditional Access, Azure Virtual Network, Vnet Peering, and Load Balancing. In 2023, Sonam joined Quatrro Business Support Services as a Sr. System Administrator, specializing in Azure.

Sonam pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. Sonam completed their studies from 2010 to 2014.
