Terry Morrow

Terry Morrow MBA, CSM has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1993, they served in the United States Army as an Enlisted personnel for four years. Following their military service, they joined The Nielsen Company in 1997 as a Supervisor and worked there for twelve years until 2009. In 2010, Terry transitioned to CVS Caremark Corporation, where they took on the role of Supervisor Customer Operations for two years.

In 2012, Terry joined Elan Financial Services as an Operations Manager, specializing in MS Implementations. Terry held this position for seven years before moving to Fiserv in 2019. At Fiserv, they became the Manager of MS Implementations, overseeing implementation projects until May 2020.

After their tenure at Fiserv, Terry Morrow proceeded to work at Burroughs, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Implementations from October 2020 to August 2022. Terry is currently employed at Quavo Fraud & Disputes as a Project Manager, a role they started in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated strong project management skills and extensive experience in implementing various systems. With their MBA degree and Certified Scrum Master certification, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Terry Morrow MBA, CSM has a strong educational background in business and information technology. They received their Bachelor of Science degree in IT/IS from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Following this, Terry pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Waynesburg University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Terry also holds the certification of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), awarded by Scrum Alliance.
