Katherine Cousins

Katherine Cousins is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at QUAY since April 2024, Katherine previously held the role of Group President for Lifestyle Brands and President of Sperry at Wolverine Worldwide from June 2021 to March 2024. Earlier, Katherine was Vice President and General Manager at VF Corporation, overseeing work safety and outdoor lifestyle brands, and held multiple leadership positions at Timberland, including Senior Director of Corporate Development during its acquisition by VF Corporation. Katherine's career began at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Teledesic, LLC, where strategic advisory and regulatory leadership skills were developed. Katherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in International Politics from Georgetown University, and a CEP in Political Science from Sciences Po.
