Nick Karletsos has extensive experience in operations and quality management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. At QubeGB since August 2010, Nick has progressed through various roles, including Area Operations, where responsibilities include coaching and developing Field Installation Engineers, and Regional Quality Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional services. Previous roles included Quality Assurance Officer and Field Service Engineer, with a foundational career beginning at Point Computers LTD and Hi Grade Computers, emphasizing technical support and installation. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and IT from UNCC and multiple qualifications, including an APM certificate and City and Guilds in internal wiring.
