Damien Cambon

Damien Cambon is an experienced quantitative trader with a strong background in systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes, including crypto and FX. Currently serving as a Quantitative Trader at Qube Research & Technologies since May 2024, Damien previously held positions at Chicago Trading Company as a Senior Quantitative Trader/Researcher, and operated as a Quantitative Researcher & Systematic Trader from August 2017 to February 2023. Damien co-founded alcara.co and spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, progressing from an Analyst in Interest Rate Derivatives Structuring to Vice President in FX & Interest Rate Trading. Academic qualifications include Master's degrees in Applied Mathematics from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and Finance from UNSW.
