Iva Kozlovskaya

Iva Kozlovskaya has had several roles throughout their career. Iva started in 2017 as the Managing Partner at Qubit Labs, where they focused on creating dedicated tech teams and Mini R&D in Ukraine. In 2018, they co-founded Women in Tech Ukraine, a community aimed at supporting women in the IT industry. In 2021, they became a Mentor at ISE Accelerator & Venture Capital Firm, focusing on corporate innovations and access to new markets. Most recently, in 2022, they joined HR Bit as a Business Development Consultant, providing custom HR outsourcing solutions for startups and SMBs.

Iva Kozlovskaya obtained a master's degree in psychology from Kiev International University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.
