Lehene Sebastian

Lehene Sebastian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer at UPC Broadband = Liberty Global. This was followed by a role as a 1st Line Support Technician at RCS&RDS from 2013 to 2014. Lehene then joined The ITAD Works as an IT Technician from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Lehene became a Senior IT Support Engineer at AJW Group, where they handled complex issues, coordinated solutions, and worked on projects such as Office 365 and SharePoint administration, VMware administration, and Cisco Unified Communication Manager administration. Lehene also implemented MDM across the business using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager. Lehene held this role until 2019.

From 2015 to 2018, Lehene also served as a 2nd Line Support Technician at AJW Group, providing high-quality support services, resolving technical issues, and undertaking project work.

Lehene joined esure Group in 2020 as a Service Analyst, where they contributed to troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. Lehene also assisted with end-user device desktop issues, application upgrades, and hardware support. At esure Group, they also served as a Site Reliability Engineer from 2021 to 2022, operating in high-pressure environments, refining monitoring processes and configurations, and deploying innovative cloud technologies.

Most recently, Lehene joined 3Pillar Global in 2022 as an Escalation Engineer, working on resolving complex issues until 2023. Lehene is currently working as a DevOps Engineer at Qubiz, starting in 2023.

Lehene Sebastian pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a degree in Construction drawings and installations technician from Anghel Salingy. Lehene studied at this institution from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they attended the University of Babes - Bolyai from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Science of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Manage.

In addition to their formal education, Lehene Sebastian has also obtained several certifications. Lehene became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in July 2020, and later acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification in November 2020. Lehene also holds a Management Degree from Babes-Bolyai University, which they obtained in July 2015.
