Marcel Anghel has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, starting in 1991 with the founding of Okko Software where they served as the Managing Director. In 1993, they became the Managing Director of Nethrom, a software development company that was later acquired and rebranded as Yonder. Following this, Marcel founded ISDC in 1999, where they oversaw recruitment, organizational culture development, and business development, leading the company to grow to a team of 150 employees. In 2008, they founded Qubiz and served as the Founder & CEO, focusing on delivering custom software solutions. Marcel also founded LivingIn Apart Hotel and served as the Founder, providing short and long-term apartment rentals. Additionally, they founded HR Tuning in 2008. In 2012, Marcel founded SimplyCare, an ERP system for healthcare and social care companies. Marcel also co-founded Daylike, a joint venture for web and mobile app development, which later rebranded as Redmatters in 2013. Overall, Marcel has demonstrated their abilities in leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational development throughout their career.
Marcel Anghel's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 1986 to 1990.
