Paul Mihai Gansca

Paul Mihai Gansca worked as a Web Developer at Nomura from June 2019 to July 2020. During their time there, they created the Self-Service Survey tool (S3), a survey monkey clone web-application for internal use. The application had significant usage, with a peak of 20,000 users in one week and numerous surveys created and responses submitted throughout the year. Paul Mihai utilized React JS for the frontend, Node JS for the backend, and MYSQL DB for the database. Additionally, they ensured observability of the app's performance using Splunk on the generated server logs. Currently, they work at Qubiz as a Lead Frontend Developer starting in November 2021.

Paul Mihai Gansca completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from City, University of London from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Transylvania College from 2013 to 2017 to complete their high school education.
