David Howard

David Howard has a solid work experience in the field of technical sales, research engineering, solution architecture, and business development. David is currently working at Quectel as the Director of Technical Sales for North America. Prior to this, they were employed at Itron, Inc. where they held roles as a Senior Principal Research Engineer and Senior Principal Solution Architect. Before Itron, Inc., they worked as a Technical Architect at Silver Spring Networks, where they focused on international business development for smart cities and IoT solutions. David also worked as an IEEE and International regulatory consultant and Director of Applications at On-Ramp Wireless, Inc. Additionally, they have experience as an Associate Senior Applications Engineer at S&C Electric Company and as a Director of Engineering at S3C Inc. a Nagano Keiki group company. Earlier in their career, they served as a Chief Scientist at Protura Wireless Inc. and as a Chief Systems Architect at Cellular Telecomm, Ltd, SC Wireless, Inc. David's work history also includes a role as a Senior Systems Architect at Comtech Labs.

David Howard attended Stillwater High School from 1981 to 1983. David then enrolled at the University of Minnesota from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued a BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science.
