Todd Levy is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in mentoring and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur, Board Member, Mentor, and Executive in Residence at the University of Cincinnati's 1819 Pre-Accelerator and HCDC Incubator since January 2019, Todd also mentors and invests in start-ups through Queen City Angels. As Principal CEO of TSL Advisors and former CEO of ESOTERIC, Todd has demonstrated expertise in innovative product development and customer service excellence in vehicle care. Todd co-founded Peel9, a SaaS solution for law enforcement, and held the role of CEO at Global Cloud Makers of DonorDrive. In addition to a notable career in marketing and media, Todd served as Past President of the Wyoming Board of Education, contributing to one of Ohio's leading public school districts. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Science with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University.

Queen City Angels
Founded in 2000, the Queen City Angels (QCA) is the first and oldest angel chapter in the region. We are comprised of more than 191 experienced accredited investors who provide funding, support, and guidance to early-stage growth companies in the Cincinnati area and surrounding region. QCA members, who are current and former entrepreneurs and business executives, draw on their operating and management experience to evaluate opportunities, make investments, and provide on-going mentoring to young ventures with exceptional growth potential. Since 2000, QCA members have directly invested more than $100 million in more than 100 young companies. Follow on capital raised by these companies has exceeded $800 million.
