Crystal Overman

Crystal Overman is a seasoned Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive experience in hospice, memory care, and assisted living environments. Currently serving as a weekend on-call LPN at Queen City Hospice since October 2018, Crystal provides comprehensive patient evaluations, wound care, and bedside presence during end-of-life care. Previous roles include Charge Nurse at Traditions of Deerfield and Hyde Park Health Center, where responsibilities spanned direct patient care, medication administration, and coordination between families and medical staff. Crystal also contributed significantly to the opening of Otterbein of Loveland and has held various nursing positions at facilities such as Pine Ridge Nursing and Rehab, Green Country Care Center, and Montereau, building a strong foundation in both patient advocacy and administrative nursing tasks. Education includes an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies and Practical Nursing from Platt College-Tulsa.
