Torie Thomas, MSOL, is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational development, serving as the Sr. Change & Engagement Leader at Queen Consulting Group (now Talent Groups) since December 2019. With extensive experience, Torie has collaborated with major corporations to implement organizational change frameworks and drive transformational initiatives using PROSCI methodologies. Prior roles include Organizational & Individual Development Consultant at Causeway Connect, where data analysis informed actionable recommendations, and leadership roles at Yale New Haven Hospital, University of Bridgeport, Community Health Resources, and Hartford Hospital. Torie holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Bridgeport.
