Tom Weber

Tom Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom started their career in the US Navy as an Air Traffic Controller from August 1999 to February 2006. Following their military service, they worked as an Operations Manager at W.C.W. Corporation, where they managed casino, bar, and motel operations from February 2008 to June 2012.

In March 2013, Tom joined Edgenuity Inc. as an Account Manager, where they managed client accounts in Arizona, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania for the K-12 online and blended learning solutions platform. Tom successfully built and maintained professional relationships with clients and facilitated team and client meetings.

From November 2014 to July 2021, Tom worked at Edupoint Educational Systems, LLC as a Product Specialist. In this role, they provided technical software support and services to school district personnel using the Synergy student information system. Tom also conducted training on the Synergy Special Education module.

In August 2021, Tom joined PrestoSports as a Technology Specialist, where they provided assistance to clients through troubleshooting and issue resolution. Tom ensured high client satisfaction by managing correspondence and effectively communicating resolution information.

In August 2022, Tom joined Hyland as a Knowledgebase Administrator. Tom administrated and maintained a knowledge base solution and contributed to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on best practices and market trends.

Tom's most recent work experience is as a Student Data Facilitator (ADM) at Queen Creek Unified School District since May 2023.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated expertise in technical support, client relationship management, training, and operations management.

Tom Weber obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce, General from Western Nevada College between 2010 and 2012. Tom then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Arizona State University, graduating in 2015.
