Troy Gibson has worked in education primarily as a teacher. Troy started their career in 1997 as a History Teacher for 7th grade at Gilbert Public Schools. In 2005, they joined Queen Creek School District as a Teacher for High School Credit Recovery and Distance Learning. Troy also worked as a Varsity Basketball Coach for Queen Creek Unified School District from 2005 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Youth Athletic Program Regional Coordinator (Community Education) for the same district.
