Yasemin Bridges

Yasemin Bridges is a Bioinformatician and Data Engineer at The William Harvey Research Institute since October 2022, focusing on optimizing phenotypic similarity approaches for the Monarch Initiative through the development of the PhEval evaluation framework. Previous experience includes serving as a Bar Associate at JD Wetherspoon from October 2019 to August 2021, where Yasemin contributed to brand standards and customer service, and as a Sales Assistant at Clarks from May 2017 to August 2019, delivering premium service and building relationships with customers. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, both obtained from Queen Mary University of London, alongside earlier studies at Barton Peveril Sixth Form College and Henry Cort Community College.
