Les Lexow has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Logan College of Chiropractic in 2004, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Monarch Fire Protection District as the Human Resources Director, a position they held until 2014. Les then moved on to work at Catholic Charities of St. Louis as the Director of Human Resources, a role they currently hold.
Les Lexow has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Illinois State University and a Masters in Sociology from DePaul University.
