Danielle Walsh, MLIS, MSIO, MSIT, CPT, has extensive experience in library and instructional design, holding various roles at Queens Library since December 2014, including Instructional Systems Designer and Strategist, Community Library Manager, and Children's Librarian. Responsibilities include leadership and staff development, exceptional public service, and technology training for library users. Prior to this, Danielle served as a Corporate IT Technical Trainer and Technical Trainer at Church Pension Group, where responsibilities included designing online instruction and developing IT initiatives. Danielle's educational background includes multiple degrees in Information and Library Science, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology and Design, and Criminology from institutions such as Queens College and Capella University.
