Dr. Marshella Lie

Dr. Marshella Lie, Ed.D, MA.Ed, is a distinguished educator and entrepreneur currently serving as a full-time professor for the CUNY Language Immersion Program at The City University of New York since August 2014, where responsibilities include liaising with Indonesian universities and organizing academic collaborations. In addition, Marshella Lie is the CEO and founder of Next Generation English Academy, which provides language courses and educational consultancy, and co-founded Macan Entrepreneurs LLC and Star International Evaluation, focusing on entrepreneurial and evaluation services, respectively. Marshella Lie also holds instructional positions at the Queens Library and Selfhelp Community Services, along with roles related to TOEIC scoring and interpretation with ETS and LanguageLine Solutions. An accomplished academic, Marshella Lie earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and has a diverse educational background including degrees in education and business.
