Marta Elena Méndez Morales is an experienced educator and office manager currently serving as an ESOL Teacher and Computer Instructor at YMCA of Greater Boston since November 2016. In this role, Marta designs curriculum and lesson plans according to MAELPS standards, teaches English classes in various formats, and administers assessments for DESE funded programs. Previously, Marta acted as an Office Manager, overseeing student intake for Intensive English programs and providing educational guidance. Prior experience includes serving as Recruitment Coordinator at GRUPO EXPRO, managing a recruiting team and preparing recruitment reports, as well as working as a Recruiter at Adecco, where Marta filled numerous positions for major retail accounts.
