Jeff Lambert's work experience includes various roles in the library and education sectors. Jeff worked at Queens Library, starting in 2017, where they served as the Digital Literacy Coordinator until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Assistant Director of Digital Inclusion and Workforce Readiness. Jeff is currently the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations (Programs and Services Department) at Queens Library. Prior to their work at Queens Library, they were the Director of Library Services at Poly Prep Country Day School from 2015 to 2017. Jeff also worked as the Youth and Outreach Services Supervisor at Springfield City Library from 2013 to 2015. In 2011, they were involved in the Techmobile Project and served as the Hot Spot Site Administrator at the Free Library of Philadelphia in 2011 and 2012.

Jeff Lambert earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Print Journalism and Women's and Gender Studies from American University. Jeff then pursued a Master of Science in Library and Information Science (M.S.L.I.S.) degree with a focus on School Library Media at Drexel University from 2010 to 2012.
