Allison Ball

Allison Ball, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Queens Community House since February 2025. Previously, Allison held the position of Vice President of Accounting Operations at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey from May 2022 to January 2025, and served as Director of Finance & Accounting at Congregation Rodeph Sholom & Rodeph Sholom School from June 2017 to May 2022. Early career roles include Assurance at PwC, Accounting & Financial Management at Solar Energy Systems, and Financial Analyst at Avis Budget Group EMEA. Other notable positions include Financial Management at The Battery Conservancy and South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!), as well as serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 2002 to 2004. Allison holds a BA in Accounting from Queens College, an MPA in Financial Management from New York University, and a BA in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, along with a certification as a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Junior year abroad was completed at the University of Queensland.
