Melanie Browne, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Administrative Services at Queens Community House since October 2022. Prior to this role, Melanie was the Senior Director of Program Operations at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services from August 2020 to September 2022. Melanie's experience also includes serving as Compliance Director for ERSEA at the University Settlement Society of New York, where responsibilities encompassed establishing compliance across various programs and managing a team. Earlier roles included Social Services Manager for Early Childhood Education at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, and various positions at Northwell Health and the Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau County, demonstrating a strong background in program management and support services. Melanie holds an MBA in Project Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Hampton University.
