Kathleen Modica

Kathleen Modica is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Criminal Law Associate at the Queens District Attorney's Office since September 2019, where responsibilities include prosecuting misdemeanor and lesser offenses, handling arraignments, filing motions, negotiating plea deals, and managing hearings. Prior experience includes a Legal Extern role at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office and a Legal Intern position at the same office, where tasks involved assisting in felony investigations and legal research.
