Rokeya Akhter

Rokeya Akhter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Community Coordinator at the Queens District Attorney's Office since February 2021. Prior to this role, Rokeya managed a luxury boutique for Benefit Cosmetics in a prominent SoHo location from August 2019 to February 2021, overseeing operations and supervising a team of sales associates. Additionally, Rokeya held the positions of Regional Manager and Regional Sales Manager for BY TERRY from August 2017 to July 2019, playing a key role in the brand's East Coast operations. Rokeya Akhter holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Dhaka, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
