Joy Lau

Joy Lau is an accomplished professional with a diverse range of experience and expertise in leadership, education, and the arts. Currently serving as Founder and CEO at Storyjoy since April 2024, Joy Lau also holds multiple positions including Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Art Director at Think Design, as well as Educator roles at the Queens Museum and Hamilton-Madison House. Joy Lau participates in the Coro Leadership New York program, aimed at developing civic leadership skills, and has been recognized as a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council SU-CASA Art Resident. An Emmy-nominated independent filmmaker, Joy Lau has also contributed as a Video Editor and Illustrator in various capacities. Joy Lau's academic background includes advanced degrees in Architecture and Construction Project Management, complemented by a certification from MIT Sloan School of Management in Communicating Data Through Storytelling.
